Linda Liu & Partners is an intellectual property law firm designated to handle intellectual property issues, patent applications by foreigners, and trademarks applications, by the State Intellectual Property Office and the State Administration for Industry & Commerce. The firm was founded on August 18, 2003 by Ms. Linda Liu. Since our founding we have always been a people-oriented firm, respecting both our clients and team members, while insisting on perfecting the quality of work and improving the skills of our team members. Under the goal of 'loyalty, unity, high quality, efficiency, self-development, and team work', and with diligent effort of our team members, our firm has made outstanding achievements.

Linda Liu & Partners has 189 members, including 44 patent attorneys, 12 trademark agents and 13 attorneys-at-law, a group that has rich experience in the intellectual property field, and that is well regarded in the domestic intellectual property community.

During the past five years, Linda Liu & Partners has provided comprehensive intellectual property services to clients in Japan, the United States and Europe. The services provided include: patent prosecution, patent litigation, trademark prosecution, trademark litigation, copyright prosecution, copyright litigation, unfair competition, contracts, anti-counterfeit and litigation.

We actively communicate with foreign attorneys on intellectual property issues, and invite experts to China to hold seminars on intellectual property twice per year.
