Linda Liu Group consists of Linda Liu & Partners, Wei Chixue Law Firm, and Linda Liu (Beijing) Translation Co., Ltd.

Linda Liu Group was founded in August 2008 in order to meet the strong demand of both domestic and foreign corporations for comprehensive legal and language translation services. Our clients required more services and wanted an organization that could not only handle patent and trademark cases, but also one that could also provide other types of legal services, as well as provide the language translation and interpretation services for non-legal documents that they needed. Linda Liu Group was created to meet this demand.

Linda Liu & Partners, founded in August 2003, will still provide the same legal services as part of the Linda Liu Group. The main practice area of Linda Liu & Partners covers patent prosecution, trademark application, annuity management, reexamination and invalidation proceedings, and administrative litigation.

Wei Chixue Law Firm will focus on intellectual property litigation, civil litigation, copyright, domain name, licensing, intellectual property strategy, intellectual property management and anti-counterfeit.

Linda Liu (Beijing) Translation Co., Ltd., will perform, for clients, the language translation and interpretation of non-legal documents like technical documentation, company brochures, text introducing new products, promotional material, advertisements, and lecture materials, in addition to the translation of legal patent documents that Linda Liu Translation Co. has traditionally performed.

With the foundation of Linda Liu Group, companies at home and abroad do not have to entrust different firms with their prosecution, litigation, or other legal matters. Nor do they have to entrust another organization for ordinary language translation work. Now companies can go to one group to meet all of their legal and non-legal needs, including the translation of non-legal documents. Not only will this approach better ensure the quality of needed services, but it will also save time, labor and money for our clients.
